          A cloud account is an account to integrate SpaceONE with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Our pricing plans are based on the number of cloud accounts you have integrated with SpaceONE. Detailed information about the cloud service account unit for each cloud service provider is provided below.

          You can pay your bill through transfer. SpaceONE billing information will be integrated into the invoice of Megazone Cloud. If you have any questions about billing and payment, contact us through our Customer Support Portal.
          If you submit a demo request through our Try Demo page, our sales team will contact you via email within 2 business days. If your have more questions, please contact us through a contact channel such as spaceone-support@megazone.com.
          Yes, you can change your plan by contacting our sales team. You can submit requests via our Customer Support Portal.
          For Business plan and Enterprise plan, you will get 1000 SMS per cloud account every month. If you exceed the included amount, overage will be billed additionally. The following calculation is based on KRW since notifications via SMS are only provided in South Korea. Additional SMS will cost KRW 30 per one message. For example if a customer in Business plan used SpaceONE for a month, integrating 5 cloud accounts, sending 8,000 SMS and 2,000 Slack messages, how much will be billed for the overage? SMS included = 5(cloud accounts) x 1,000 SMS(included per cloud account) = 5,000 SMS SMS Overage Billing = 3,000 SMS(Usage - Included amount) x KRW 30(per SMS) = KRW 90,000 As Slack is provided for free with no limits, there is no additional billing for Slack messages.
          If you added cloud accounts, you will be charged a prorated amount based on the days of the billing cycle left at the time each cloud account was added. If you removed cloud accounts, you will be billed in the same way.
