1. Add notification-only email function

A notification-only email account function for receiving system notices and member-related authentication has been added.
You can enter your email directly on the console my page and authenticate it.
Take advantage of the email address authentication process to use important notices and password change functions!

🥸 How to set up notification-only email

[Console my page > Account & Profile > Notification-only email authentication]

📌 For users who have not authenticated their notification-only email, they will not be able to receive important system notices or content related to resetting passwords.

2. Add password reset function

Have you forgotten or lost your password due to a long period of inactivity?
This update adds a function to reset your password.
You can change your password before logging in to the console or after logging in on the my page.

🥸 Password reset method

(1) [Find password at the bottom of login > Enter email address > Check the email sent and change the password]

(2) [My page > Account & Profile > Change password]

📌 Password change within my page is only available for internal users.

3. Plugin Update

• Recommendation function has been added to the Google Cloud plugin.

4. Notice of inaccessible old domain

The console access domain has been changed.
In the future, please access the changed domain '<service-domain>.spaceone.megazone.io'.

5. Obtaining ISMS-P certification for Information Security Management System

MegaZone Cloud has acquired 'Information Protection and Personal Information Protection Management System (ISMS-P)' certification, which is the highest level of security management system in Korea. In the CMP that integrates multi-cloud, information security is a basic requirement, and we will continue to maintain even stricter personal information security management in the future.

6. Bugs & Fixes

• Asset Inventory

  • An issue where the AWS CloudTrail Log plugin specification change caused the customer screen to not show in the Monitoring.DataSource plugin has been resolved.

  • An issue where the Change History detailed screen of Asset Inventory > Cloud Service was being cut off despite scrolling all the way down has been resolved.

  • A bug with the sorting icon in tables and the bug with displaying descending order has been fixed.

• Cost Explorer

  • An issue where the chart disappeared when the dashboard Cost Trend widget table became too long has been resolved.

  • An issue where the text in the dashboard Cost Map widget was overflowing has been resolved.
