November 2022 Update
November 29, 2022
Hello, this is MegaZone Cloud SpaceONE.
Let me inform you of the November 2022 update and improved features!
1. Asset Inventory
: Easy authentication integration and increased usability of SpaceONE's Tags
1.1 Support Assume Role authentication method of Service Account External ID
Was it cumbersome to verify the Access Key for each account integration?
So far, you had to enter the designated Access Key in order to integrate with the service account, but now you can authenticate integration without using AWS Access Key or Secret Key.

⓵ Select AWS in the provider list at the top (Trusted Account connection currently only supports AWS)
⓶ Click the [+ Add] button and go to the creation page

⓷ Account Type: Select General Account
⓸ Enter basic information

⓹ Select the project

⓺ Encryption Key section
- 'Do you have XXX encryption key?' Select 'Yes'
- 'Do you want to connect Trusted Account?' Select 'Yes' and then select one Trusted Account
- Enter required key values
⓻ Click the [Add] button to complete creation
⓼ Check if it has been successfully added to the service account list page
1.2 Separate Custom/Managed Tag
The Tag management function for each cloud resource has been expanded.
SpaceONE has been automatically collecting and managing all Tag information used in the cloud
The feature that can classify Managed Tags and Custom Tags has been updated.
We provide features that increase the utility of Tags by easily checking and managing input values through Tag-based resource searches.
👉🏻 Tag Classification
Managed Tag: Automatically collect Tag created by users by cloud
Custom Tag: Tags directly entered by users within SpaceONE

⓵ Select resources & click the Tag tab

⓶ Check the Managed Tag list
⓷ Modify Custom Tags
⓸ Tag-based resource search
1.3 Azure Collector Integration (Azure-Compute, Azure-Cloud-Service)
The separately managed Azure collectors are being collected as one.
Azure VM / Azure Cloud Service collectors are applied to the Azure collector, so only one collector needs to be set up for Azure service collection.

1.4 Plugin Update
• Container Instance resources have been added to the Azure plugin. Learn more >
• Pub/Sub(SQS) resources have been added to the Google Cloud plugin. Learn more >
2. Cost Explorer

2.1 Support Group By Custom Field

However, a Group-by function that allows specific tags and additional information has been released.
It is possible to conduct more detailed cost analysis based on tags.

⓵ Click the [Settings] button → Click the [ + Add Group ] button

⓶ Search and add tags and additional information

⓷ Click the newly reflected Group-by and confirm the chart reflection (when the criteria changes, it can be selected from the drop-down on the right)
